Forget Chuck Not: Going Green

I know, I know, it’s Tuesday not Monday and, umm, it’s been a few weeks since I posted our last Forget Chuck Not post. Sorry about that! I promise I didn’t forget Chuck! Getting sick threw me way off track in terms of blogging. But I’m slowly getting back to it, with a lot of help from Jody. (Love you, Canadian Me!)

In fact, Jody helped me get a post started about some of our favorite Chuck guest stars. However, I got distracted last night and didn’t get it finished in time. So I’m holding on to that post for next week (and, please, if you have a favorite guest star you’d like to see included, drop me a note in the comments and I’ll be sure to include him/her!). Instead, I’m passing along some Green Week videos courtesy of @ChuckNut who linked me to them this afternoon…

Man… those just made me miss these guys more! Come on, NBC, please give us a premiere date. I need something to put on my calendar and circle in red!

ETA: While I was getting this ready to post, NBC announced that Zach would be one of the hosts of NBC’s Christmas in Rockefeller Center special for the lighting of the Rockefeller Christmas tree on December 2nd at 8PM. Huzzah!

Thanks to posts like this, I’m a recent Chuck convert…or, rather, complete addict! What an amazing show, I’ve been missing out!

I am disappointed for myself that I didn’t watch the past 2 seasons as they aired and get to share in the absolute awesomeness that is this show. Now I’m working on getting others as addicted as me!

Yay another new Chuck fan! Welcome to Buymoria LB! :D

When are we gonna get a premiere date? Im crossing my fingers it will premiere this January as long as it is promoted well next month

Not sure, KM. If we don’t get one soon, I’m afraid the premiere really won’t be until after the Olympics otherwise they won’t have much time for promotion. The holidays isn’t the best time to promote shows given the lack of new shows on the air. Less people tuning in means less people seeing promos.

But then we have that DVD release date and the extra episodes… I was so sure they were going to announce a January premiere date as a result.

I see… So it will most likely be on March? I don’t want Chuck to start off with low ratings so if the Winter Olympics can help boost it up then I’m ok with March.

I know you’ve seen it by now but they just announced it returns January 10th!! Which is good… another week of sweeps during which they can advertise it.

I guess I should have realized we’d probably hear this news since Zach is a host at the Tree Lighting. I’m guessing they’ll use that for promo too.
