Forget Chuck Not: Chuck in Training

The new Fall TV season is upon us but I must admit that Mondays are a bit of a let down. The prospect of new Chuck episodes was one of the ways I got through my Monday blues. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy Chuck will be back. I’m just not so happy that it won’t be until March 2010.

Which is why I’ve decided to institute a new Monday tradition here at RTVW, “Forget Chuck Not” Mondays. As the name suggests, it’ll hopefully help keep the show in everyone’s thoughts while we await its return and has the added bonus of once again giving me (and hopefully you) at least one reason to smile every Monday!

This Monday, my Chuck reminder is promo NBC did for the show during the first season. Not only are the promos fun, they perfectly capture what you can expect from the show. Since that’s not always the case with these kind of promos, I feel like I should give kudos where they are due. So, check it out, the full promo:

How funny is the Kung Fu part in retrospect?

PS: If you’re a Chuck fan and might be interested in doing a guest blog for “Forget Chuck Not” Mondays, let me know. I’d love to have others involved!

Those old promos are fun to watch. They sure like to slap Chuck around in them don’t they? It looks like Yvonne is holding back a smile after that first one. I don’t miss that awful helmet hair of his though.

I love Chuck and miss the show. There are so much crap on TV and this show needs to be on fall and spring! Chuck should move to a different network and get more tv time.

@KM – It can be about whatever you like! Well… Chuck related, of course, but beyond that it’s entirely up to you.
