Rae’s TV Schedule: Fall 2007

It’s that time of year again… time to plot out what I’ll be watching this Fall. When I sat down to do this, I figured it was going to be fairly easy. After all, I’m not overly impressed by most of the new shows this season. And, yet, somehow my schedule is INSANE! Of course, it won’t stay this way.

There are lots of new shows are listed that I’m not enthused about but felt duty bound to at least give them all an episode or two to win me over. However, once I really have to juggle this many shows, the ones that are boring me will quickly fall off the schedule. I’ll be sure to come back and update this once that’s happened.

ETA 10/14: Updated after three weeks of new shows.

You’re going to be very busy, Rae. I don’t even really want to think about my schedule.

    Rae says:

Haha, that’s no joke. Just looking at it exhausts me. But I really will eliminate a bunch pretty quickly. They’re only there because I don’t want to feel like I’m missing anything but I’m pretty sure they’re going to stink.

I just posted mine, too, but yours is crazy! I’ll be curious to what you think about a few of the new shows, specifically Dirty Sexy Money and a few of the sitcoms. Not that I want to add more…

    Rae says:

Oh, I need to go read yours. Ya know, I’m afraid I’m not gonna like DSM but I’m only basing that on the two minute previews I’ve seen so I probably shouldn’t pre-judge it. I’m more open to all of the various sitcoms. I didn’t hate but also didn’t really like ‘Aliens in America’ the first time I watched it but then found it funny the second time. Wonder what that’s about? Anyway, going to look at your schedule now. :)

    Laura says:

I wasn’t even thinking about DSM, but I caught ABC’s fall preview special and it looked intriguing from the longer clips they showed. Hmmm. I really don’t need another drama.

I keep mine posted year round at http://invadersteven.com/grid.html. It looks like you’ve got a crapton more viewing than me, Rae.

I think it’s very weird that CBS and NBC have more shows I want to watch now than FOX. Then again, every time FOX has a show I like, they cancel it after three or four episodes.

Hiya Rae. Is there no The Amazing Race during the fall? I thought they had one during the Fall “season” and Winter/Spring “season”? I’ve been wanting to watch it lately.

    *hugs*

    Rae says:

Hola Cara. *hugs* Nope, no TAR during the Fall. It’ll be back in the Winter/Spring. They usually do have two of them but, for some reason, they decided to change up the schedule this season.

[...] TV Whore’s viewing schedule for the fall includes 31½ hours of potential viewing, which doesn’t include some cable shows she [...]

Now that the dust has settled where are you at with viewing? I’ve narrowed it down to about 18 1/2 hours, man I’d never done the math before…

    Rae says:

Oh. I haven’t counted up the hours… probably because it’ll make me cry about how much time I’m spending watching TV. The schedule is pretty up-to-date, though, as I’ve been updating it. I see only one show that’s still on there that I’ve dropped (Bionic Woman).
